Hi my name is Kelly and I am the owner of Family Tradition Designs. We are a 3 generation family business.

 

Three years ago a friend introduced me to loofahs and how she was growing them. I ordered seeds and that was it, I was hooked! I absolutely love "loofah farming" and making soap out of the loofahs we grow.

​

My mom Peggy has been crafting and making things since I was born. She can make anything!! I have learned the craft from her at an early age and also the love for gardening. She grows loofahs too, in her beautiful gardens, and together we combine them for our soaps. 

 

My youngest daughter Shelby is now enjoying the trade and makes her own lip balms, destination signs, handmade cards and more!

My husband Kenny is all about helping "us girls" when we need him. He helps when its time to harvest the loofahs and clean up all the vines.  He helps build our loofah arches and garden beds for them to grow in. He is also our wood cutter, driller and pretty much anything we need help with! I have even seen him make some lip balms!!

 Our business is all about providing exceptional handmade items that you love, and will want to come back for more.
